Who's running this course?

Phil Argent - Former Head of Operations QXL Ricardo PLC, International Marketing Manager Virgin Megastore Group, Digital Strategist for Coca Cola Schweppes, and Founder of The All Group, plus many more startups.

A career that has lived through the heady days of the 90's to the dot com boom and bust, through the 2008 financial crisis, and Covid 19, but still building and helping others navigate the business challenges.

Building Virgin Megastores at 23 and winning wine tastings at 25. He joined Virgin, and hanging around till he was 27. Those were the crazy years. But after the brutal end of the Virgin Megastore as digital music scaled, Phil left Virgin to join a VC funded fledgling startup Quicksell.com (later to be QXL Ricardo PLC, one of the famous "dotcoms". Seeing the business grow to 23 million users in 13 countries. He later started The All Group in 2004. Sold it to Cresent Building Group. Left. Started helping other businesses navigate the startup world challenges.

And in 2023 started planning the development of All Twenty Grid. In his new home town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, UK. He moved there because it was the centre of the UK, so easy to get anywhere, and also very near Leeds airport for international commitments. Its purpose is to make every startup he works with a success. He'll do anything, anything to make that happen.

How does the waitlist work?

Right now, we have a waitlist of over 75 people.

Each month, teams are randomly selected to participate in the course, giving everyone a chance to join.

We will invite 4 teams each month to start the course the following month.

Once invited, your spot will be reserved for 7 days. If you do not confirm within that time, we will offer the space to someone else on the waitlist.

Is this course online or in person?

This is an online course where you will join a team of 9 to complete it together.

How does this course work?

The course is a combination of 4 key elements.

  1. Online videos. Short, purposeful videos, mostly under 15 minutes (with a few exceptions).
  2. Workbook. 174 pages filled with inspiration, examples, and practical exercises to help you write.
  3. Your team. Because learning together beats learning alone. Every time.
  4. 30-day Writing Challenge. Daily writing. Daily growth. Your team will help you.

How do I stay in touch with my team?

The course's lessons and community features are hosted on slack. We will create a private chat and feed for your team to share writing and ideas.

How long will the course take?

The course takes about 12 weeks to complete.Week 1. Get to know your team.Weeks 2-8: Online lessons and workbook exercises, completing 1 module per week with your team.Weeks 9-12: 30-Day Writing Challenge: Daily writing. Daily growth. Your team will keep you going.
